💚 Our Promise

At Eco Crafty Creations, every item is made with care to bring sustainability and creativity into your everyday life. All our products — from plantable pencils and pens to eco notepads and calendars — are quality-checked before shipping to ensure they are functional and beautifully packaged.

Because our products are partly living and eco-based, we handle returns a bit differently to balance fairness and sustainability.

✏️ Functional Guarantee

  • Writing Products: All pencils, pens, and crayons are guaranteed to write properly upon delivery.

  • Paper Goods: Notebooks, diaries, and calendars are guaranteed to be usable and intact when received.

  • Plantable Products: Each plantable item contains real seeds that can grow under proper conditions. However, since growth depends on variables like soil, sunlight, and watering, we cannot guarantee germination for every seed.

📦 Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or unusable.

To qualify:

  1. Contact us at support@ecocraftycreations.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide a photo or short video showing the issue (e.g., broken pencil, crushed notepad, damaged packaging).

  3. Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have already been written with or planted.

  • Seeds or plants that fail to sprout (as this depends on natural conditions).

  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect functionality.

🚚 Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a store credit.

🌍 Sustainability Note

To reduce waste, we may not always require damaged items to be sent back. Instead, we’ll guide you through eco-friendly disposal or reuse options whenever possible.
